And click on the Next button. An order summary will be shown to you to confirm all the details before booking an appointment.


Your Qatar visa medical test and fingerprint appointment has been booked now you can download it by clicking on Download upper right corner of the page. Now appear on the appointed date and time with your original passport at the chosen QVC Center.

How can I check my medical status/Report?

The medical procedure will go through “four” steps to get complete.
1- Appointment Confirmed
This status means that the appointment is confirmed at the Qatar Visa Center. The applicant needs to visit the center to enroll in biometrics and complete the medical tests along with the required documents. For the list of complete documents, please refer to the appointment letter.
2- Biometric Completed
This status means that the applicant’s biometric enrolment is complete, which includes enrolment of a fingerprint and capturing of an IRIS and facial image. Subject to request from the Ministry of Interior, the applicant may be called for re-enrolment if required.
3- Medical Complete
This status means that the applicant has completed the medical tests at the Qatar Visa Center and the reports have been sent to MOH for validation. Subject to request from the Ministry of Health, the applicant may be called back for a re-test or in cases of medical referral in the country of origin.
4- Result Available
This status means that the applicant’s biometric Enrolment and medical tests are processed by the Ministry of Interior and that the visa issuance result can now be accessed by the employer. The applicant can now contact the employer for the result.

Q2. When will my visa medical fitness certificate expire?
The Visa Medical Report is usually valid for a period of Sixty (60) days from the date of issue, depending upon your visa category. Please get in touch with your sponsor for further information.
Q3. Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Once your appointment is booked, it cannot be canceled, but it can be rescheduled. You can choose the reschedule option under the Manage Appointment section at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. To make any changes, you will need the Visa Reference Number used while booking the appointment.
Q4. How long will the medical test take?
Please arrive on time for your appointment and allow approximately 2 hours for your examinations to be completed.
